Gr8Fires.co.uk Christmas 2024 Last Order Dates and Holiday Opening Hours

Find out when to get your orders in ahead of the Christmas holidays.

Gr8Fires's customer service phone lines and warehouse will close at 12.45pm on Friday, 20 December, and reopen on Tuesday, 2 January, at 9am.

If you need to talk to a member of our customer service team, please get in touch by Friday lunchtime.

You can continue to shop and place orders on our store throughout the holidays. Any orders placed while we're closed will be picked, processed and dispatched when we reopen on 2 January.

Christmas delivery

For any items you need urgently before Christmas, please order by Tuesday, 17 December, to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery.

Although we will continue to dispatch items until we close for the holidays on Friday, 20 December, items orders from Tuesday onwards are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.

This is due to the high volume of pallet deliveries being handled by our independent couriers at this time of the year.
