Deliveries into the Scottish Highlands and Islands will attract a delivery contribution, however delivery to all other UK mainland addresses is free for orders of £100 or more. Delivery charges for orders less than £100 will be added during the order process and will be clearly visible.

1. If you wish to cancel your order:

1. you can notify us by email to sales@gr8fires.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you;
or

2. where goods have already been dispatched to you, email sales@gr8fires.co.uk and return the goods to us in accordance with clause 2 below.
