Brilliant stove. The heat output is absolutely amazing and very frugal on fuel. Even with a force 5 gale blowing, one small shovelful of smokeless fuel kept things hot for at least an hour and a half! Very simple to install and work. Bought our stove just before Christmas. Very easy to install. Absolutely fantastic addition to our lounge. The heat from the stove is fantastic. This is a brilliant fire. I haven't tried keeping it in over night but it is so easy to light and heats up so quickly I probably won't bother. A really splendid fire that was delivered on time. It has far more control than the old Flat 4C that it has replaced and is a lot more economical. I think that an instruction leaflet would assist non engineering based customers.

I took a long tome in choosing the correct fire for me. I have not been disappointed with it as it heats up the whole of my bungalow.
When the stove was unpacked we found the glass had a big crack across the front. This was promptly replaced by gr8fires.

Only one small problem - we live in rural location delivery was via a large tall lorry. He was unable to pass under low tree branches, so delivery was a long way from our front door.
