The stove is great and heats up the house a treat. We had no problems with the stove and it was delivered withinn days. We have already recommended GR8fires to some of our friends. hi. we have had our wood burner fitted, and its brilliant. the instructions were a bit vague. im so pleased we purchased it from yourselves. service exellent. its so lovely to settle down on a evening in front of a real living flame and being so warm and cosy. thanks

although we have not had chance to use it yet we are waiting to move into a new home we are pleased with the fire because we have seen one in use and it is certainly value for money
