Really inpressed. Arrived well palleted and boxed. If you have a large room, this is the one for you. It gives of lots of heat and looks good. We haven't used the swivel feature much but it's there if we need it. We got ours installed for christmas. We had no chimney or anything, within a day it was installed. We had a new single storey extention so we only had to go through the roof. When it was lit it didn't give of much smell as most new fires do. The only thing we have found is that you must get heat there as soon as possible, don't let it smoulder. you can shut it down. they say you can't keep this in over night but we have managed to. hope this is of some help.
