very pleased with product & process from start to finish. Had to contact customer services regarding clarification of spec & received a very speedy helpful reply. Fire looks amazing in our Dining Room,very easy to install & love the fact that there are various settings for flame/backlit control. The fan heater operates quietly, reviewed other similar products elsewhere & they all had a common issue of noisy fans. Grt Fire for the price would highly recommend.
