I ordered this fire on the Wednesday and it was delivered on the Friday so 10 out of 10 for dispatch time. I was fully informed by email at every stage of the transaction and delivery so another 10 out of 10. The fire its self is first class, a joy on the eye and a great centre feature to my lounge so another 10 out of 10 for the Aesthetics. mounting and instructions were very clear and precise very easy to install. so all in all an over all 10 good to have done buisness with this company and a great deal. thanks a lot Mr C M Banks from Sunderland.
