Ordered our inset fire on a Saturday and received it the following Wednesday. Delivery driver telephoned me and we arranged a mutually-acceptable point - my workplace - there and then.
Fire was installed that weekend and has been in permanent use since last week, given we're in the midlle of a real cold snap. Have been able to leave the central heating off for hours each day and even with a 5kw output, the fire heats our decent-sized lounge and the surrounds really well.
First class service and value.
