The Mazona Orlando multi fuel stove looks good and we are very pleased that we found gr8fires. The delivery was very prompt and the driver was pleasant and helpful. We haven't had it fitted in place yet, but we are sure that it is going to do a good job as all the reviews are very positive. Will definitely be telling others about gr8fires. (Posted on 30/11/2013)

I missed our first delivery as we where not contacted by GR8 fires.
As stove was delivered the next day this did not cause any problems.
Having installed the stove we are delighted with the product & the heat output.
GR8 fires have supplied exactly what we required.

Purchased Mazona Orlando 4.5kw multi-fuel stove a couple of months ago, now fitted in place and have to say looks fantastic! Excellent value for money, looks a lot more expensive than it was. Family and friends are also looking to purchase same as or similar from you.
Have tried it out several times and only problem is that rear vermiculite block has cracked!
We are extremely pleased with our purchase and would not hesitate to purchase from you again, and will recommend you to more friends and family. (Posted on 07/10/2013)

we have had our mazona orlando fitted today by the heating enginerer and it looks like a fire that costs well over three times the price .
the enginerer said that it was a great stove with some fantastic features for a stove costing as little as this .
we have got the stove light tonight but as it is it,s first fire we have been informed to just have a small fire going , even with a small fire the heat it is producing is fantastic .
this was our first venture into buying a multifuel stove and we are really pleased we did .
but most of all we are really pleased that we chose
gr8 fires from day one when we neede help deciding which fire was best for us right to the end when i orded something we did not need gr8 fires were great they just said put it on a pallet and they sorted everything out , the courier came and took away the part that was unwanted and returned it back to gr8 fires
so if you are thinking about a woodburner or multifuel stove dont look any further than gr8 fires there prices cannot be beaten and as for delivery
you wont find quicker .
as for the stoves they are well built and great quality just like all the other parts they stock to fit your stove .
thanks a million gr8 fires we will always recomend
a great service and a great product with a unbeatable price
thanks tony & hilary melton [ devon ] (Posted on 23/04/2013)

It’s a small stove 50kg.

The flue was double the price of the stove.
I used 5 inch twin wall, a meter above a single wall flue….. with access door.
I set the stove 200mm from the brick wall .
I was 13 inch from the wall.
I fabricated some brackets!
The basic flue kit worked ok.
Still some bit’s left (the ceiling bit?).
Mine is in the conservatory.
Perfect!!

Not much help with instructions!
Good stove.
But small !! (Posted on 25/01/2012)

After taking ages to decide which stove to buy I purchased this one. I love it! It's a super little stove that puts out enough heat to warm my lounge a treat. Excellent service from GR8 fires, really good communication via email to let me know progress of order/delivery. Really helpful delivery driver, called me about half hour before to let me know he was on his way then went beyond the call of duty by helping me manoeuvre the stove safely onto my property. All in all, absolutely delighted with service from start to finish, would not hesitate to recommend to others. (Posted on 14/12/2011)

Question:

Top heat plate has fallen down. what is proper way to put it back. thank you

Answers:

  • Posted by Adam Fowler on Thursday, 12 December 2013
Hi thank you for your question. Depending on your model. If it is vermiculite board lined then the baffle has tabs on either side that rest on top of the side liners, the rear of the baffle rests on the top of the rear brick. If it is the original steel lined version then the baffle should have two legs and a centre tab that is folded down. The legs sit up on a shelf above the door opening, the rear of the baffle rests on top of the rear heat plate.
