The Ohio is a Steel boiler stove unit with an insulated Cast Iron outer case. This boiler stove gives the traditional and decorative appearance of a cast iron stove with the efficient integrated boiler technology usually found in steel stoves. The Multi-fuel Boiler Stove Features a crossflow boiler making this stove ideal for working with both domestic hot water and central heating systems at the same time. Other Features are an airwash system to keep the glass clear and heated secondary air system to maximise efficiency and reduce emissions.

Heated Secondary Air

This works by taking in a second source of air and heating it and introducing it to the combustion gases near the top of the fire chamber, this reduces soot build-up and gives a more complete and efficient combustion of your fuel transfering more heat to the boiler.

The airwash system uses a curtain of pre-heated air to protect the glass from darkening with un-burnt material ensuring you always have crystal clear view of your fire.
