Arizona Oregon 7.7kW Multi-Fuel Wood Burning SE Stove

The DEFRA approved Arizona Oregon cast iron stove is packed with well thought out features including an externally controlled riddling grate suitable for either coal or wood. Naturally, there is the option of top or rear flue and an air wash system to keep the glass clear, PLUS a very clever tertiary air system. Terciary air means a third intake of air to compliment the others on the door and the airwash system. The tertiary air is preheated and introduced through loads of tiny holes in a hollow ceramic baffle at the top of the chamber just when the flames are running out of air. This last breeze of superhot air helps the flames reignite complete combustion without cooling and reduces smoke, particulates and tar. On a compact stove like this, it boosts the performance, maximises efficiency and also gives more control over your fuel use. It works best when fueled on well seasoned wood but will also bork well with coal and smokeless fuels.
